Volunteering

The work of Fair Trials International is greatly improved by the valuable contribution made by volunteers.

We have regular internships available in the areas of policy, campaigns, events and casework so please visit our vacancies page to find out more. We advertise all internships and positions for equal opportunities purposes.

Volunteers are crucial to our work and integral to the team at Fair Trials International.

We are always looking for pro bono assistance in the following areas:

  • UK based lawyers with foreign qualifications
  • Qualified lawyers in other jurisdictions that would be keen to get involved
  • People that would be willing to attend overseas trials
  • Professional translators and interpreters
  • Professionals with the time and skills to support psychologically people arrested abroad and their relatives
