RESPONSE TO EUROPEAN COMMISSION’S CONSULTATION ON CITIZENS’ RIGHTS
Fair Trials International has responded to the European Commission’s Consultation on Citizens’ Rights and the current obstacles to enforcing them.
Our response focuses on the need to strengthen citizens’ rights to a fair trial, not only by bringing in laws to protect these rights, but also by raising public awareness of the importance of these rights.
