Letter to Rt Hon Ken Clarke on prisoner repatriation

Fair Trials International has written to the Lord Chancellor, Rt Hon Ken Clarke MP, as part of our campaign to make the repatriation of prisoners fairer.

We are calling for a simple reform to address the serious injustice and unnecessary expense caused by the way early release provisions are currently applied to repatriated British prisoners.
