Fair Trials International’s submission to the UK’s Ministry of Justice on the draft EU Directive on the right to access a lawyer and the right to communicate upon arrest. Also below is a document detailing the experiences of FTI clients who suffered injustice as a result of being denied access to effective legal advice.
