The committee of MPs and peers called on the government to renegotiate the European arrest warrant, claiming it is not working properly.
The committee's chair, Dr Hywel Francis, and Fair Trials International client, Michael Turner, who was passed over to Hungary by UK authorities without being charged, discussed why extradition "must ensure human rights".
