Today a Greek court is expeted to hear a case which has provoked concern in Parliament, and which raises questions about the functioning of the European Arrest Warrant.

Andrew Symoeu, a 22 year old British student, has been held in Greece for two years awaiting trial for the alleged murder of another British man in a nightclub on the island of Zante.
