An England football fan is facing two years in jail in Portugal after failing in his High Court bid to launch a new legal challenge against extradition.
Garry Mann, 52, of Faversham, in Kent, was convicted for his role in a riot in Albufeira during Euro 2004.
He had his appeal against extradition to Portugal rejected by the European Court of Human Rights on 27 April.
The High Court issued an injunction, but judges ruled his application for judicial review "unarguable" on Friday.
Mann said outside court that he was "devastated" by the decision.
Jago Russell, chief executive of Fair Trials International, which has backed Mann's battle, said: "It really is the end of the road."
Mr Russell said he expected Mann's removal to take place "within a matter of days - probably by the middle of next week".
Mann's lawyers had argued at the High Court that there was new evidence from the Foreign Office to support his case against extradition, and allowing it to proceed would violate his human rights.
