Allen & Overy Annual Review article on the EAW

Allen & Overy have drawn attention to the problems with the European Arrest Warrant in their 2011 Annual Review. 

The article stems from their generous contribution of pro-bono research of the EAW for Fair Trials International, which has seen lawyers from nine of their European offices reviewing the implementation of the Arrest Warrant. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Allen & Overy and the team who worked with FTI for their efforts to highlight the need for reform.
